Deeper within the rich aroma notes and complex layers of Shui Xian we find a hint of dried stone fruits like apricot or plum, fragrant wood and mineral in this legendary Mingyang "famous rock" Wuyi Oolong.

We can trace the uniqueness of Shui Xian to the Qing dynasty, when it was learned that tea made from old tea bushes discovered by the “Cave of The immortals” produced both distinct character in the cup and wonderous medicinal effects on the body.
